Kaveri Aerial Yoga uses an antigravity strap, designed by the founder Angela Rogers.
It is a combination of traditional yoga movement performed in the strap which allows for deeper stretches.
Aerial yoga improves breath awareness, tones and strengthens the core, releases mood boosting endorphins, increases flexibility and strength, enhances body-mind connection, releases tension in muscles,joints and the spine.

Yoga Therapy is a holistic practice that involves movement to improve a person’s health and wellbeing. It is customised to the individual’s needs and improves movement and creates new movement patterns.
It can help with chronic conditions that don’t respond well to conventional medical treatment and is very effective in the management of pain and disability.
It improves movement in the neck, shoulders, hips, knees and back.

Qigong is a traditional Chinese healing practice that targets the meridian system and the five elements theory.
It is slow, precise movements that improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength and healing. It involves controlled breathing and mental focus and visualisation of the Qi flowing throughout the body and is used to benefit a variety of health conditions including chronic pain, stress and immune system disorders.

Yin Yoga focuses on the meridian system and the five elements theory in TCM and how they impact the system.
It focuses on stretching and opening up of the joints and is a slow, long held poses mostly performed on the floor using props to enable the practitioner to stay longer accessing the deep fascia, ligaments and tendons.
It helps to release physical tension and unblock stagnant energy being held in the body and improves emotional balance, reducing stress, depression, anxiety and sleep disturbances.
